Super easy access to the restaurant (right outside the mall). The food is exceptional—better than Five Guys US. The workers were so kind. When my order got mixed up, they fixed it right away at no charge. My favorite order is a cheeseburger with a Biscoff milkshake and fries.

(Detailed review below) Food ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Atmosphere ⭐⭐⭐ Accessibility ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cost ⭐⭐⭐ Service ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I always love the burgers here. Pricey but they are good and I love that I can choose and pick my toppings. The fries are also very good although they tend to be a bit too salty for me. They are very generous with their fries and tend to give more than what a single portion should be. This seems to be the case for all the branches that I've been too so perhaps it's a policy; thanks folks Other than that, there's nothing much to shout about. Their decor is the same for all branches. Their bottomless drinks are nice (lots of varieties to choose from.. and to mix to your hearts content).

Went here for a quick bite,whilst shopping here. An American based Company who have franchises also in Canada where we came from. Burgers are as good, but prices way too high for this area. Advise to go for the singles or cost adds up.

Food is always 10/10 never had a bad experience here. The staff are always really helpful and friendly. Food is quick, fresh and tasty. The restaurant is always tidy too which is nice and doesn’t go unnoticed.

Last Sunday we ordered a delivery which cost £36, which was expected as five guys food is generally very good, when the food arrived it was cold may I add this was not five guys fault as I got a message around 45. -55min before hand saying it was on its way from the restaurant, just eat were at fault as the food arrived stone cold , I told driver to take it back which in fairness he did, just eat did not respond after 6 messages being sent and phone calls aswell , we went to the restaurant this week so we could get our food hot , I asked to speak to the manager a young lady called ERIN , I explained the story to her, showed her the order details ,and she went above and beyond her duties to sort the situation out , this young manageress dealt with the situation very professionally and my wife and I would like to thank Erin for her professionalism, she get a 10 out of 10 from us thank you Erin

Good place good burger I found the burger to be quite small for the price lots of chips though. Really busy on a Friday and the staff are helpful.
